This information is being provided from a list of Nebraska State Patrol Press Releases that have been made concerning registered sex offenders.  This Sex Offender notification is updated nightly.  The classification is made by the Nebraska State Patrol.  All other information in this Registry is obtained by local Sheriff's Offices when Sex Offenders register with those local agencies.

Sex offender registry information shall not be used to retaliate against the registrants, their families, or their employers in any way.  Vandalism, verbal or written threats of harm are illegal and will result in arrest and prosecution.
Classification of Sex Offenders is an active and ongoing process.
